Start your Easter off poppin’! Making cute and tasty Easter treats for you and your kids just got a whole lot simpler and WAY more adorable! These treats are vegan-friendly, sugar-free, gluten-free and will only take you 10 minutes to make! Follow this simple recipe to create your own ooey-gooey tasty PUR Popcorn Marshmallow balls!
Ingredients:
1) 1 Bag PUR Sea Salt Popcorn (or you can substitute for your favorite PUR flavored Popcorn. See all our flavors here.)
2) 1 Bag Vegan Marshmallows (Dandies All Natural Marshmallows)
3) 1 Bag Plastic Easter Eggs
4) Vanilla Extract
5) Optional Ingredient – 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet or Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1) Place marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl
2) Melt marshmallows in 30-second intervals, stirring until marshmallows are creamy and smooth
3) Repeat step 3 until marshmallows are creamy and smooth
4) Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract to melted marshmallows
5) Pour PUR Popcorn into the marshmallow mix, mixing until all ingredients are stuck together
6) Optional Step – Add 1 cup of chocolate to mix for extra flavor
7) Mold Sticky Popcorn mix into mini plastic Easter eggs
8) Let sit till sticky mix is cool
