How to make Onion Poultice
1) Chop a yellow onion into small pieces.
2) Scatter the onion pieces inside a long piece of cotton gauze, cheesecloth. Wrap up the sack with rubber bands
3) Crush the onion through the cloth so the juices get soaked into the cotton.
4) Let it sit for ten minutes.
5) Wrap the cloth around your neck, take it off after 10 – 15 minutes
